Shipping Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-22

This shipping policy explains how B2B international shipping works for CandyPro orders.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your destination and order size: (a) Sea Freight — economical for high-volume orders; (b) Air Freight — faster for medium-sized shipments; (c) Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — for samples and small orders. Estimated transit times are provided by our sales team in your order confirmation — this website does not publish fixed delivery windows.

Incoterms & Freight Responsibility

Shipping follows the Incoterms agreed on each order. By default, unless otherwise agreed, FOB (Shanghai Port) applies: CandyPro arranges and pays for transportation to the export port; the buyer bears the sea/air freight, insurance, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the destination country. Alternative terms (CIF, DAP) are available on request and may affect pricing.

Customs & Duties

The buyer is responsible for all import customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and customs broker fees in the destination country. CandyPro provides standard export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading). Additional documents (Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate) are available on request and may incur extra charges. CandyPro is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Production and delivery schedules are estimated by our sales team for each order. Specific timelines (production and transit) are stated only in your order confirmation — not as fixed promises on this website.

Insurance

We strongly recommend all buyers arrange shipping insurance. Unless otherwise requested in writing, shipping insurance is the buyer's responsibility. CandyPro offers shipping insurance as an optional service on request. Any claims for goods lost or damaged during transit must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier unless shipping and insurance were arranged by CandyPro.

Destination Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict shipments to certain destinations based on applicable international sanctions, export controls, or internal risk assessments. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can be legally imported into their destination country and comply with all local food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
